This privacy policy applies to the Evently app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Nazar Jumayew (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application overall
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application may collect your device's approximate location (but not precise or background location). This helps the Service Provider determine your general geographical location and make use of it in the following ways:

You can stop all collection of information by the Application at any time by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User-Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like your User-Provided Data deleted, please contact us at join.evently@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling such requests.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect or solicit data from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

If we discover that a child under this age has provided personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at join.evently@gmail.com so we can take the necessary actions.
